My child has been going here for about a year and has seemed to learn a lot and have fun however for a parent it is not ideal. Since he has started, I can’t even keep track of how many times directors and teachers have left and changed. I was never informed whenever my child had a new teacher. Also, they have a app they use called KidReports but they do not post on it daily with any notifications or pictures. When I go to pick up my child I have to wait for up to ten minutes most of the time and additional minutes because they either forgot my child’s backpack or jacket. The staff is friendly but needs to do better by notifying parents of any changes. Other than that, the daycare it very colorful and inviting.
