I order from Marco's often, love their pizza usually, until my order yesterday. I ordered the Works and it was full of vegetables and could not taste the meat at all, and my dough was not done. Very disappointed.

We order the same pizza, as often as possible. Got our pizza today, delivered by Oscar. He appeared very professional. He wore a mask to deliver, but I could see his smile in his eyes and hear it in his speech as I greeted him from the kitchen window. We opted for no contact delivery, so he left it on the TV tray we left on the porch. The pizza was warm, and lacked the crispness we always order (“well done”). We noticed immediately that they are using different boxes: thinner, lacking the corrugated structure. The pizza was sitting atop a piece of parchment paper with little grease puddles. Sadly, despite us immediately putting the slices on our plates, the grease had soaked into the crust and saturated the cardboard, leaking out onto the counter. If we had driven home with this on a lap, as we often do if traveling back from Fayetteville, it would have leaked grease on our clothing. We always get the same pizza, and the portions weren’t lacking. The box was the variable, and it FAILED. I hope you didn’t order these in bulk, because this is going to happen to others! Please return to a box of deserving quality.
Until This past Saturday I would have rated Marco’s with five stars. However I ordered a pizza at 6:26 PM with a 41 minute delivery estimate. At 7:23 I phoned for a status update. With apologies I was told the pizza had mistakenly been put in pickup stack, not delivery, and would arrive in 30 minutes. At 8:05 I phoned again. I was then told there was no record of my order. Apologies, but no offer made to redo the order, provide a free or discounted pizza, just a « I don’t know what happened ». Therefore no pizza dinner Saturday night. I am still waiting on a refund to my bank for a paid order that can’t be found and was obviously not fulfilled.
This place never fails me. Our go to pizza spot since we’ve been around.
