Always professional, and very personable. Showed up on time. Saved me quite a bit of money by advising that I didn't need to replace the entire kitchen faucet, but could get a replacement part free from the manufacturer.
I had the pleasure to speak with Jim. The quality of the services rendered were of TOP QUALITY. Not only that, but Jim has excellent people skills, and has a genuine/authentic desire to want to help you solve your problem.
We placed a call this morning and Jim and Christian arrived shortly. They were professional and explained how they were going to fix our leaky faucet problem and unfortunately for us, the garbage disposal died prior to their arrival. They quickly worked to fix everything in a timely manner. Jim was outstanding and his apprentice, Christian, was more than willing to observe and do what his mentor requested. I had a concern later in the day and Jim returned my phone call in 15 minutes and put my mind at ease. If I need a plumber in the future they will be the first ones I call. Thank you.
Called yesterday and today he came out and replaced my garbage disposal. Very quick, very professional and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend these guys and if I ever have any other issues (knock on wood!!) I will be calling again.
Very, very professional, offered some intelligent advice. The ONLY reason I am leaving 3 stars is price, these guys are about 2.4X more expensive than the last company that did a drain snake job of very comparable scale at our house.
