I recently took both of my boys to Nemours Children's Primary Care in Sanford. The staff took extra care to ensure the proper safety protocols during these unique times. Both nurses who saw our boys were incredibly patient and kind to my sons who had to receive multiple vaccinations. And most importantly, Dr. Wong made it a priority to spend time with us, doing a thorough examination of our kids. A wonderful experience.

They’re a nice office but sexist. My wife brought our goddaughter with her child. Our goddaughter is 16. They let my wife go back for the appointment. One month later we’re back and the office says I can’t go back. This is a double standard

They deserve a zero I went there a few years ago to take my sick daughter to the to see them they say I was too late at the walk-in so they refuse to see my kid. Mind you I didn't have no car at the time so I had to take the other transportation.

Took my baby to the new location on Rinehart and I'd like to say although it took very long for the my daughter to be seen(a total of 70 minutes), the doctor was very kind and calm in nature. The staff seemed very busy, as I was advised there had been 28 patients since 5 pm and at this time it was 8 pm. I believe the all over care was better at the old location near the mall but I will say the staff remained calm and did apologize more than once for the wait. Good job to the staff for handling all the sick kiddos and will continue to come. I believe time management may be the only issue at hand with this Nemours children's urgent care.
