When Papa John's first came out with the papadias, they were amazing. Now, they are mostly bread with burnt edges. It is supposed to be alfredo sauce, pepperoni, three cheese and black olive. I had to save to splurge here. Now, I wish I'd chosen a different restaurant.

Made an online order last night - delivery time was 51-61 minutes. After an hour and a half, I called and was told on weekends with football games, I should just assume it's going to be 2-3 times as long. So apparently, as the customer, we are supposed to check the TV schedule before ordering and do the math to determine when our food is actually going to arrive. He said it would be there in 5 minutes or less - after 2 hours, we finally got our cold pizza. Being 10-15 minutes late is one thing - don't set an expectation that you can't possibly meet. If you had told me it was going to be 2 hours, I would have said that's crazy, but at least know what to expect and can choose to get a different meal. This was ridiculous and we will not be ordering again

Made a carry out order at 8:50 and nothing had been updated on the tracking thing so I decided to. I called about three times and no one had answered me so that I could at least cancel the order. Now I’m pretty upset about the fact that my money is gone and I have to at least wait till morning to figure out what’s going on.

This is the 6th time my order has been messed up. I consistently order a pizza with extra sauce, there has been 3 occasions where it came with NO SAUCE and 2 occasions it came with light sauce. Other times, things were forgotten. What is the point in ordering if they never get the order right and are always forgetting things? I've also complained about this issue to management before. Still continues to happen. Get your crew together and start paying more attention to people's orders. 1 or 2 times? Fine whatever everyone makes mistakes. But this has become a constant issue and I am extremely dissatisfied with this papa john's.
