Been going here for two years with my two dogs. The older white lady working the window is very rude. Always has been. The whole office is Extremely disorganized. I always had to stay on top of them during the heart worm treatment for our newest pup that we adopted. They never knew what was being done and when. They were constantly messing up his schedule. I had to be the one to make sure they were doing the right thing at each appointment. Had both my pups annuals done here the the last two years. Now all of a sudden they can’t find the records for either of our dogs. They want to give home extra shots because they have no records of his past shots. They are searching the old record database and their new ones. Everything is lost. I highly recommended you find another option to get the care for you furry friends. If they are this disorganized in the front office, I can only imagine how awful the level of care the doctor Is providing.

You might have to wait because of their social distancing policies, but not long. I lost my pet a couple of months ago and have been a couple times to see if he is there when one on the website looks like him. They are always extremely helpful and walk me through looking at all the pets to see if it is him. They are compassionate and helpful.

Great job with my dogs spay. She is my absolute best friend so I have the highest standards when it comes to her care and well being. The staff was very sweet to my nervous dog. Despite being extremely friendly, she is sometimes judged for her breed (pitbull). This was not the case here. She was carefully returned to me, I was given educated instructions, proper pain medication, properly sized cone, and my dog in great shape. Her sutures were clean, healed nicely, and had no infection. I reviewed a dozen places before picking here & I’m glad I did. Price was not a factor in my choice but they were also one of the lowest. Highly recommend!
