Its hard not to act VIP walking in each time after all the help & love Mop (manager) has given me and my family. Great place to buy for your furbabies & if they don't have exactly what you want they're always knowledgeable to recommend an equivalent or even something better. Cant give Mop enough shout out's (flea & tick working great)

They really care about your pets and the service was fantastic
Petsence seems to have most everything you could want or need for the usual pets. No Sugar Glider items but that is understandable. Staff is courteous and seems well informed. Groomers that I have used to clip dog nails are very conscientious and patient.
