Very unorganized we were scheduled to take our pictures at 5:40 we got here and there’s 5 families in front of us only ONE photographer working I’ll never come to the Sanford location again. Also there was know where to sit families we’re waiting outside on the side walk or in there cars because the wait was over an hour and it was a little chilly outside. YOU GUYS NEED TO DO BETTER....

Very patient and skilled photographer. We had family portraits done with 2 small kids, one of whom was a fussy baby approaching nap time and a 4 year old who never looks at the camera. Our photographer was patient with us and our pictures turned out wonderful. We were done with pictures in hand in 2 hours. Great experience!
We just had our family portraits done, I must say, they did a fantastic job. The prices are affordable and we came home with a bunch of pictures. Our photographer, Sabrina, did a very good job. We are very satisfied.
I visit portrait innovations every year for Christmas pictures. I should have know something was up when I saw all new staff. I wanted an hour for my appointment and the photo shoot was super unorganized. The photographers didn’t give any direction for the photos and just let us pose ourselves. They changed the packages and prices to try to encourage customers to purchase a 200 package. You don’t have any choice as a customer unless you want to buy their most expensive package which is about 800. They don’t offer the option to purchase the CD alone and they charge 30 per picture if you want to buy individuals. When I picked up my pictures they downgraded from the portraits branded envelopes to a Manila envelope with a sticker on it. So I can honestly say that the service has decreased drastically while the prices have gone up. They also inflate the prices to make you feel like your getting a deal when they take off the advertised 20% I have been using this company for 5 years and I will not be returning.
One of the best photo places I had ever visited!! The photographer is very professional and have very great suggestions about how to take pictures! I had graduation pictures taken and some other ones too! I highly recommend this place as they really know how to deal with kids as well!!
I am a long time customer and I am very upset about the experience I just had at Portrait Innovations. We waited almost an hour to view our pictures. They would not let us choose the Christmas cards we wanted with our package. There was a new 20 handling fee. One print went up in price from 10 to 30. It's such a shame. I've always had good experiences there but after today I will not be back.
