I called around 8:50pm on a Saturday night and ordered 1 large (16”) cheese pizza and garlic knots (x10). When we picked up our pizza they gave us (and charged us for) an extra large (18”) pizza. It wasn’t busy inside. We shrugged it off and took the pizza home. Our mistake was not looking at the pizza before we drove away. It looked so unappealing and undercooked. The amount of cheese on this pizza was enough to make any cheese lover, like myself, sick. The base of the pizza seemed like it would have been good if the pizza had been cooked for another 5 minutes but biting into the crust, we found raw dough. The saving grace was the garlic knots. Not exceptional but definitely tasty. I saw on the website that the Happy Hour looks decent so my partner and I are willing to give that a shot but I can say my expectations aren’t high after this last experience.

I am not sure if this place is cutting corners to save money or their cooks are not reading the orders correctly. We ordered extra pizza sauce on our pizza and there was very little sauce put on the pizza. We even pulled back the toppings and cheese to show that whoever made the pizza was being stingy with the sauce. I can't blame the server because she clearly put extra sauce on the order ticket and our receipt. So the person who made the pizza was not paying attention to the ticket. This is the second time in a row this has happened. The previous time the same issue occurred. We just thought it was maybe a one time problem. Now that it has happened a second time we are probably not going to order pizza at this place again. It is such a shame too. Because when this location first opened their pizza was great. Lately I am not sure what the problem is but if we are not going to receive what we ordered then we will probably get pizza at Flippers instead. I also took pictures of the slices of pizza with no sauce and the order ticket and receipt. They clearly wrote down extra pizza sauce but we received hardly any sauce. We were disappointed and we did say something to the server so she brought us some extra pizza sauce in a small cup. This sauce was cold and not the same as being included on the pizza. I hope that COVID19 is not causing this place to become cheap on the ingredients in their food like with several other restaurant establishments in the area.
Had a calzone and it was excellent!! Our server Casey was wonderful, very attentive and polite. Made us feel right at home.
Called in a business meeting lunch 24hrs in advance with a scheduled delivery time of 12pm the next day. The hostess assured me she would contact me at 10am the next day to confirm, take payment, and see to it everything was in order. At 1030 I attempted to call as our meeting would only allow 20 minutes for lunch but there was no answer. I called again at 11am and confirmed everything and was assured our delivery would be prompt at 12pm. At 1215 I called about our delivery as we were now 15minutes into our lunch break. I was told the ONLY delivery driver was running late to work but should be in at any second. At 1226 I called again and was told the delivery driver would be to us ANY SECOND. Five minutes later our delivery arrived, cold (luke warm at best). When I called and asked for management I was told there was none but they would give my number to a member later in the day and I would receive a call that day. Suffice to say I did not receive any call. This is not a sustainable business model and I don't think I will be using Riverwalk again for anything of importance if at all.
Please work on your site it doesn't let me put address in and tells me to pick from suggest address and nothing comes up the pizza is great there but your site for ordering online sucks. Not the first time i have had issues and I'm sure other agree. So please fix your site to order online. Wings need some work as well.
