Lady at the shop Mrs Jordan she went above and beyond to match the color we had for the project, she pulled the color from system we had it before , she spend good amount of time to match the color , that wS an excellent customer service, I am sute superintendent for big Company she deserved more than 5 Star !!!

I stopped there last Sunday (six days ago). I wanted 5 gallons of a product they only had 2 gallons of in stock. Actually 3 but one can was dented up. The employee on duty looked it up and said a nearby store had a 5 gallon container of it and would order it. It was supposed to be in on Monday and they would honor the 30% off sale price. If the other local store didn't have it, meaning the computer was in error, they would get it from the warehouse by Wednesday and still honor the sale price. I tried to buy it then to guarantee the price but they said they couldn't do that. They said they'd call me when it came in. They didn't call on Monday or Wednesday. Today I stopped in. The product was not there and there was no indication on their computer that it had been ordered. I left and decided to buy something else at another location.

Whenever I purchase pain and painting supplies I will always purchase from the Sanford NC store . Unlike going to Lowes and trying to find someone knowledgeable to help me and waiting and wasting my time at the Sanford NC Sherwin Williams store there's always someone at the ready to answer and help me with my selection. Also their sales are fantastic.
