This is the third Subaru I have purchased from this dealership. From day one I have always received outstanding service from both the sales and service departments. All staff members I have come into contact with were very helpful and friendly.
Just purchased my second Subaru in 2 months from this dealership. Our salesman Francis King is outstanding. He provided everything we needed as soon as we walked in the dealership. Kind, informative, patient and generous are words that describe Francis. Both purchases left us with a WONDERFUL feeling after we completed the deals. My husband and I took our Subaru 2014 Forester in for an oil change and rear coil replacement. We were told when we made the appointment that it would probably take about 3 hours. It only took 2 plus hours and we got a complimentary car wash too. The entire cost was zero dollars because we have free lifetime oil changes since we bought the car brand new at the Sanford Fl dealership in 2014. Very happy with the service and we love our Subaru!
This was by far the best car buying experience we could’ve hoped for. From start to finish, we were pleased with the prompt communication, customer service, and knowledge of all of the staff toward their cars and car buying process. The test drive was a lesson in all of the features and options that the car provides, from someone who truly knew the ins and outs of the vehicle. Kendra Haley, the Internet Sales Manager who helped us from the beginning was excellent. We were pleased to work with her, and could not be happier with the outcome. If we need another car, we will be back to work with Kendra and the rest of the staff at Orlando North Subaru!
