Since the change in owners, food has been awesome! (Old post more than 1 year ago) Food is generally good. Not happy with the pizza lately. For the past couple deliveries, the pizza has arrived cold and appeared to be reheated. Also, the dinner specials used to be packed in separate containers; chicken, salad, etc. packed separately. Lately they've just been stuffed in a single takeout plate.

Longtime customer. Pilot's Choice has friendly staff, and good food. The chicken is excellent. Some of the best fried chicken north of the Mason/Dixon. The pizza is very good, but perhaps could use some more toppings. Not really skimpy on the toppings, but a few more would make it outstanding. Don't think I ever ordered a sandwich, so I can't comment on them. Pilot's Choice has also been longtime supporters of the community, donating to many local causes. I'll keep going back.
Very good food! The ladies behind the condo or so nice so sweet! They work very hard I highly recommend this place as well
The pizza is good. They have a lot of fried options previously frozen. I would like to see some fresh made items on the menu other than the Chester Fried Chicken. The kitchen is clean but the dining area is dirty and dingy.
I have been going to Pilots since I was a kid and its still one of my favorite places to get food. Their steak sub is amazing! Great food and awesome people.
I had a horrible experience since they changed owners! When we ordered from them we were told 30-40 min we waited 2 hours I called to see how much longer and the woman rudely said she’s almost there and hung up. When the woman arrived to finally drop off our food she called my phone for me to walk outside and get it....I thought the point of delivery was to have it brought to your door but that wasn’t even the worst of it! When I got inside one of our subs wasn’t even in the bag I called back a second time and told them that it was missing and after the 2 hour wait I no longer wanted the sandwich I asked for a refund just for the missing sub and she started screaming at me over the phone saying they don’t give f******g refunds ect it wasn’t a nice conversation! When I went outside the next morning I saw my sandwich thrown all over my drive way! In my opinion that’s no way to run a business! So I didn’t get my refund or my food! We will never go there or order from them again! I miss the old owners of pilots choice when they actually had nice people and good food there!! I notice they say it should be flagged as fake but unfortunately the story is true!
Called back to to find out when theyd be here after 11/2hr and was told my order was behind 2 others (as they said when i called to place order) and had not even been put in yet. Cancelled it and went to airport instead. Husband ordered one time while I was away said it took almost 2 hrs. Said pizza wasn't bad tho.
Great little overlooked spot! Food portions were good. Not bad prices. The service was excellent!
