We went in to have some paperwork notarized today. We were in line for a while. The lady that was behind the counter was very nice, but someone was training her over the phone! Literally threw this poor woman to the wolves and thought teaching her over the phone was going to make it easier for the woman.The person on the phone even had the nerve to get a little snappy with the lady that was working. You could feel the tension from everyone waiting and I know that poor girl could feel it too.

Amy (the manager) and her staff goes above and beyond for everyone who comes in for any service. Even when extremely busy she takes the time to make sure you get exactly what you need.

They left a brand new employee with obviously zero training to work by herself. She was on Facetime trying to be taught how to \print\. I felt sorry for her but the line was held up for well over 45 minutes while she tried to figure it out. Pathetic management, who does this to a new employee at a UPS Store that prides itself on being \fast\. Lots of \ing\ signs like printing, shipping, shredding, guess they forgot teaching, helping, mentoring..? Wasted a lot of my time today and others. Really disappointed in the customer service, used to be my go to spot for printing....used to be.
