Fully pathetic and bad service. I think Shan Cars don't even understand meaning of good service. These people don't value customer's time and they don't understand value of time. We reached at 11 am in the morning for car delivery and at 2 pm i am still waiting for delivery. My suggestion would be - Please close down this showroom at sangamner, you are damaging company's image, brand and goodwill in the market.
