Have visited 1st time in Sangamner, which is having variety of option for electronics appliances, latest products also having big shop. But I have seen that they are not strictly follow corona safety rules like mask, sanitizer, temperature check, distance maintain,etc. But I think they will consider and follow the rules.

Overall an unpleasant experience. I had purchased a fridge on emergency purposes and I was promised delivery and installation of the fridge within the next day, however not only the fridge was delivered late but also the installation is still not complete, everytime I call I told someone would be at my place in no time but no one follows up, I am exhausted by the unprofessional attitude of your staff and possibly one of the worst customer service ever offered, I regret buying from Reliance digital.

Good set up at place like Sangamner But service is equally disappointing and unprofessional. Sales representative Gaurav pawar and Jugnu Sharma were talking to us politely, offering good discount until we made the payment and their approach changed significantly after our payment was completed. I completed all formalities including payment on 23rd Jan and scheduled delivery was on 27th Jan. I didnt get any intimation from relience digital untill 28th Jan. When I called Gaurav Pawar and enquired about delivery. He agreed and confirmed the delivery on 28th Jan and again there was no intimation or response from anyone.
