Horrible place to work. The permanent staff is two-faced and xenophobic. It's fine when you're English but it's not when you're Polish, Latvian, Romanian etc. Everybody smiles at you but nobody actually assists you when you need help on the shop floor and when you try to do something on your own and it ends up bad you are to be blamed. Guys stand and watch women carrying heavy pallets and lots of other things but nobody cares to help. It's disgusting and wrong. When you've got nothing to do because you're working on slow machine, everybody complains behind your back that you stand and do nothing but nobody comes to you and tells you what you could do. Then they snitch on you to the supervisor. You are supposed to know everything from your very first day, you can't make even one mistake because if you do and you're a temp, you're send home and they say that you're too slow of course. I'm seriously glad that I left the place and all those sad people behind.
