Beware - Mr. Chris Manes is unprofessional and rude. I was being nice and just inquiring what he would do for over 10,000-15,000.00 since my mother's estate is only her house. We were discussing his fees and he told me to get someone else if I didn't want to pay him AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. I would not recommend hiring this jerk.
