Very horrible experience. Not to mention my husband and I caught the person picking up the packages, tossing/throwing them in her trunk. We tried to return a package from this location, but it's been hell since 9-28. The person who was supposed to receive the package still hasn't received it. This lady keeps giving us the same response, \I will handle this.\ It still hasn't been taken care of. We called her today and she hung up on us because we told her that this was unacceptable. Very unprofessional and bad for business.

The Lady who helped me out was so nice. It was my first time returning a shipment. I had no clue how I was going to return this very big package. I don't care what anybody says. That worker is awesome.

Very convenient! FedEx and UPS and USPS all in one place. Took a saddle there to be shipped. They had boxes and tape. I loved they didn't charge me to tape the box up. The staff was very friendly.

Its never a pleasant experience. They always make (anyone I've asked) feel like we are bothering them by coming in to do business. I would almost rather drive the extra 20 mins to Fresno/Clovis just so I won't feel that way. I dont even want to ask a question when I need assistance and when I do there is no genuine display of concern. The only reason for the 2nd star is the simple fact that it is in a small town where it is hard to have access to their type of shipping.
