Dr. Himanshu Kulkarni is one of the best Spine Surgeon in contemporary times. Being a student of Architecture and Design I faced severe back pain. I am getting treatment from him and following his advice since last 3 years and the results are really really good. His simple tips regarding exercise and postures are worth following .
