Dot good service by sataff or staff behavior like his no need work...and...not sayble time in showroom...10-15 min work you can also wait 2-3 hrs

Please if you are going for repair in this showroom, please ensure that they have replaced ur parts with new parts. Check it after ur services. They just repair ur parts and say we have put new one in to your bike. They will not give discount if u want bill. I have faced the same with fuel pump... Better to go kolhapur near by

Kind and friendly staff. Good service. The only problem is even if ur work is of just 10-15 minutes you need to wait for 2-3 hours minimum

worst experience ever, this is a request to KTM persons please check your Sangli dealer he is using a duplicate parts for my RC 200. i replaced my clutch leaver from showroom and after 100km its broke again , after some enquiry we found the clutch leaver is duplicate , what is this? the bike is of 200000/- . , how can we trust you? shameful very shameful.. so disappointed.

Pro's- Options available. Well maintained place. Con's- -Overpriced bills. -Problem's while passing the vehicle they don't reply to your messages, don't receive your calls. -Illiterate staff considering they are representing international brand. -Issue not solved completely, repair not done wholly -No transperancy.
