Very lengthy process and staff did't educated/aware on any new policy applies RBI, blindly giving forms and after few days by blaming says you (customer) filled wrong form. You must have to go this branch 2 3 times (have to waste almost whole day) for 1 work.

Worse experience of banking... only 2 staff handling entire branch.... Senior citizens were waiting 2...2 hrs only for deposit money... near by atm is there... but not working... students waiting 3 hrs... only for DD...
