The dirtiest and worst hospital in Dibrugarh. The patient cabin and toilet quality very poor and poor hygienic. No parking space. Lazy stuff. Nurses behaviour not good.

The dirtiest hospital in Dibrugarh, but who cares , they know that people will keep coming and they can't do anything to us. That's the attitude they have. Maximum employees have a attitude like we are the owner and doctors of all the department's. I had to go to hospital to do an MRI scan of my mother, but when I entered the area, I found hygiene level was zero, the operators of the machine spits gutka everywhere, the wall where we were asked to wait was full of stains of pan and gutka. They have a notice like "remove your shoes" but the employees and the doctors doesn't follow that notice, we the patients only follow that. They are charging huge money from us but they cannot keep the hospital clean. The campus was super dirty, parking space is very limited. Maximum Staffs are of rude behaviour. The government should send a notice to the hospital to maintain and follow certain things. Now talking about the owner, he's same too, he doesn't care about the conditions and maintenance of the hospital. Overall a very bad experience in the hospital. Check the photos shared.

Only one star because behaviour of Nurses(ICCU 1ST FLOOR) are really bad. Otherwise best for cardiology and orthopedics.

Yes, it's a true thing that this Hospital is money minded, but so are all the other hospitals nowadays. Me & my father had an experience of spending almost a month in this hospital because of my mother's accident trauma case. That was around 2011 and we had to consult a lot of doctors in the Hospital and among the main doctors was Dr. A P Lal (Neurosurgeon). We had a very good experience from the Doctors, especially from Dr. Lal & the behaviour of ayas and dhais working at the hospital was also very satisfying. Though it's worth mentioning that no doubt that their medical treatment saved my mother's life, but it was the blessings of God & the determination of my father, who never lost hope, that brought back normalcy to her life. I think that's what medication is. It's the combination of Science Belief.

Worst experience here, all staff tell different things, co-ordination between staff is not good. Patient cabin quality very poor & poor hygiene they does not even bother to give handwash lotion or soap as a mandatory ingredient in patient cabins.Toilet photo attached, see for yourself. Canteen food : don't even think about it.Overall its a bad experience here, sorry to say that. **toilet seat is so dirty that i had to put some polythene as wraps before sitting on it, so embarrassing.

Only if there was an option of giving 0star or maybe some negative rating Had to go for MRI . Following is the list of all that was wrong 1.Very expensive 2.Staff was so rude 3.Unclean I guess we can still make peace with that What made me come here and write the review was the process They dont let the patient attendant to be with the patient They dont explain the process doesn't inform about the duration of the process Okay still tolerable Here comes the worst and the scary experience I was there in the room for 45 minutes in the machine and no human voice but machine and vibrations I was claustrophobic by the end and I started shouting for some help nobody came had to raise legs to height so that they can see in the other room that the person is in pain or needs help I cried after coming out Please save yourself from this place Be safe Take care

READ THIS!!! THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! IT WILL ONLY TAKE A MINUTE. This hospital stands only to rip people off their hard earned money. It does not offer the most basic requirements. The toilets are horrible. No flush is available in the toilets! The toilet water level was touching the top edge of the toilet. Human waste pieces were floating in the toilet water. This hospital profits in CRORES, yet it cannot spend a few thousands for a clean environment. I found one person who used this toilet. He said that no choice was left and he had to go. He told how unhygienic and sickening it was to do so. The dirty water even hit his hips. This hospital should not be considered a hospital. Its doctors are not worth the title of "Doctor". Doctors have the duty to take care of their patients. But in this hospital all they care about is doing nothing and earning money. I am sure these doctors cheated in their exams. Otherwise they would have know the significance of sanitation and hygiene. The two women in the front desk could not even lift their heads up when these issue was addressed. The owner of the hospital knows all these. But still does not fix them. He always remains in the vicinity of his guards because he knows he may face some serious threats by the hospital patient for not even a caring a little. TO THE OWNER: If you are not interested in giving people proper care. (And as i have seen, you are NOT). Please give away this hospitals who want to and can take care of people. Find a person who cares about the hospital, doctors, patients, staff and humans as a whole. Unlike you, who is only about making money. Making the kind of money that can feed your family's next three generations. TO THE PEOPLE: DO NOT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL. IF YOU DO VALUE THE LIFE OF THE PERSON WHO IS NEEDING MEDICAL ATTENTION, JUST DON'T. REMEMBER, REGRET IS PERMANENT AND YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE WITH REGRET OF NOT LISTENING TO THIS REVIEW.
