Got an appointment next day after calling in late afternoon. Fast response from Sanks Mechanical. Received text and email confirmation and text updates the day of service. Received a call from the technician when he was on his way with an approximate time when he would arrive. Will K was great. Friendly and professional! Arrived during the time window given, diagnosed what was wrong with my heating system quickly and accurately, went over the price with me and got my system up and running fast. Couldn't have gone any more smoothly. Very satisfied! 5 Stars for Sanks Mechanical and 5 Stars for Will K!

Our technician Dan was punctual, kind, and thorough. He made a call and found that our furnace was still under warranty and that we would only have to pay for the labor cost of replacing the malfunctioning part. I would recommend him for sure!

They were so quick to respond when I realized my heat wasn’t working. The technician showed up on time. He was covid friendly and even put on booties. Once the heat was up and running, he explained what was wrong and how it was fixed. Hopefully I don’t need to use them often but glad they are there when I need them.
