Let me express my gratitude for Kaptiva, the whole team, thank you! Just dropped my son at the residence, his eyes were bright and so happy to be back. That’s truly all a mother and a father wants for their child, a happy soul. He is looking forward to achieving the best he can be. We were greeted by a wonderful team, a warm welcoming! Every little single detail in the residence was thought of carefully, one can tell straight away. Everything was perfect, and I mean it, perfect. And let’s get started with a brilliant year, lots of hard work, laughs and success to all ️️

Our son Yannick joined Kaptiva Sports Academy in september 2019. Expectations were very high after he passed the trials, earlier in March. And these high expectations were all met! The programme was excellent, the young staff matey but firm. As his parents we felt comfortable to leave Yannick in their hands. Unfortunately Yannick tore his cruciate ligament early in the season, and we thought that that was the end of his Kaptiva adventure. Thanks to the tremendous effort of the staff, he had surgery by the best team he could get (the surgeons of FC Barcelona, thanks to Figi) and was coached throughout most of his revalidation, until Corona forced him to go home. Seeing him play again, makes us feel extremely grateful to Joel. Despite his injury, Yannick was able to join a great part of the Kaptiva programme, except for the field training and matches. We were very much attracted to the Kaptiva programme because it offers much more than soccer only. The programme focusses on soccer and but just as much on personal development. We have seen Yannick grow as a person, become mentally stronger. Last year turned out differently than expected, but we wouldn’t have missed it for the world. Thanks Kaptiva!

Kaptiva Sports Academy is highly recommended. Three years of training with the Spanish soccer way, improvement as a footballer is very good. Also growing as a person is something they all learn. We are very satisfied with the school, living arrangement and the soccer sessions. There will always be something to improve on but in the big picture we are very happy with Kaptiva! The players live their dream and hopefully when they do their football dreams too!

Making a decision that involves education for your son is always difficult. Choosing Kaptiva Sports Academy has become one of the most successful in terms of talent encouraging and individual development The sports facilities and training methods are both modern and effective. My son is really happy and he’s on the path to achieve his dream to become a professional football player I’m very grateful to Kaptiva’s staff, managing this multicultural group isn’t easy,specially at this stage of life. The warmth of Ana makes really a difference solving challenging tasks I strongly recommend enrolling your son! Taking my nephew to the camp and having the Barcelona experience was quite a privilege. The parents day and the presentation made by the Director was an eye opener to what the instructors do and what the participants also enjoy during their stay in camp. Parents also had the opportunity to see their children play at the play ground. What a great experience. I look forward to be there again!

My son has just returned from Kaptiva after 12 months there. It was the best experience of his life to date. He loved the school, the fellow students, the training and the games. I can not recommend it highly enough. Being from Australia, it was a difficult decision to make to send my 15 year old so far away but he was so well cared for and supported, and learnt so much about soccer, that I would do it all again if i could.

We started our relationship with Kaptiva 4 years ago when my son joined the Barcelona Escola that Kaptiva operated in Florida. When they invited him to join their elite soccer program in Sant Cugat, Barcelona we felt that because of my son's young age at the time it would be best for us to move with him, which was a major family decision. After his first year in Kaptiva Barcelona we can say that the overall experience has been a very positive one. We have appreciated the dedication of the coaches and been impressed with all the support staff, as well. The high school program through Nebraska University has worked well for our son. The fact that the school itself has students from over 40 countries and Kaptiva from over 20 has been a huge learning opportunity to understand other cultures, religions, etc. which has enriched his experience. The bottom line is that if you are looking for an intensive soccer program in a safe environment (Sant Cugat is a great little town), run by caring, dedicated professionals, we would highly recommend Kaptiva Sports Academy.

The director Edu only wants your money so he can go on holidays. He only answers to you when he wants your money, not when you have an incovenience. There have been players that have been offered to play for high level teams, but Edu did not tell them so they would stay at Kaptiva.
