The residence is located, conveniently, on the ESADE campus, making it a very attractive choice for mainly first year students. However, some important details made my stay at the Resa extremely disappointing. To start off, the rooms are overall in a bad condition. Bathrooms were very very poor, with rotting spots and dirty stains all around. The bedroom itself seems alright, however the Residence charges tenants insane amounts for painting the rooms yearly, which was not visible at all. This is a shared opinion. So overall, a very below par room (for a very above par price). Furthermore, if you consider staying at this residence, make sure you are prepared for invoices being thrown your way at any time (on top of the already relatively high cost of the residence rooms, especially when considering the remote location). The management is, conveniently for them, very very unclear about these costs, as they were with many things throughout my 3 quarters living there. For example, I had bought/brought my own covers and bedsheets as well as towels, however they still felt it necessary to keep money from my deposit for 'Textiles'. These are only a few of the critical points that could be mentioned (speaker gone missing, malfunctions all around, etc). To conclude, if you really need/want to live on campus at any cost, consider this your 'best' opportunity. However, if you are considering moving in somewhere in Barcelona, whether residence or apartment, I highly recommend it. Save yourself the hassle of having to deal with all these problems.

J'ai pris un studio, il y a des rangements, un lit, kitchenette équipée. L'endroit en lui-même est très très calme, salle d'eau bof, c'était rouillé, la poignée de porte également. La chaise de la table était dégueulasse plein de cheveux blonds et tachés, je me suis pas assise dessus pendant toute la durée du séjour. Vaut mieux être véhiculé si vous choisissez d'être hébergé dans la résidence, car rien n'est à proximité, il y a une salle de sport, c'est gratuit. Dans l'ensemble c'est correct.

A la limite du vol !!!! nous avons fait une réservation pour notre fils qui pensait aller à l'esade et avons fait un deposit de 200 . nous avons mis 6 mois à être remboursé après des échanges de mails interminables des appels téléphoniques et autres démarches insupportables !!! Obligée de mettre une étoile mais ce sont des voleurs qui font tout pour laisser trainer et ne pas rembourser. de plus le prix des chambres est exorbitant !!
