We want to give Sibaris Catering our deepest and sincerest gratitude for their amazing job catering our wedding. The food and service were certainly the highlights and many of our guests marveled that it was the best wedding food they've ever had! From the first time we went to our private tasting in Barcelona last year, they were so helpful in answering our questions and helping to make changes with our customized menu. Above all else, we especially loved the cocktail hour. All of the appetizers were so delicious and the presentation was immaculate. The service of the waiters was so attentive and there was never a moment when anyone was hungry :) We loved the fact that there was a dedicated server just for us two -- he found us behind the castle (while we were taking photos) and brought us jamon! Everything turned out perfectly and we are so happy that we chose Sibaris to cater our wedding.
