AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a Running Belt last Thursday. They promised to ship it in 24 h (both via phone and on their website) The next day i was informed not only that this was not happening, but also that they were not sure when they were able to ship. Now, I spent 800 EUR and asked for a refund. After dozens of emails I haven't received any answer yet after 7 days. They also don t pick up the phone. If i don t get an answer soon, i already have contacted my bank to put in place a fraud procedure. AVISO MUY IMPORTANTE: ESTA EMPRESA ES UNO SCAM. NO COMPRAIS AQUI. PROMETIERON PLAZOS DE ENTREGAS CUANDO EN REALIDAD NI TENIAN STOCK DISPONIBLE. HE SOLICITADO EL REEMBOLSO DE LO COBRADO Y DESPUES 3 SEMANAS AUN NO HE RECIBIDO NADA. NO COJEN EL MOVIL Y NO CONTESTAN A MIS CORREOS. ESTA NO ES SOLO FALTA DE PROFESIONALIDAD PERO TAMBIEN FALTA DE HONESTAD. RUEGO LO MAS ANTES QUE SE ME DEVUELVE MI DINERO.
Ordered equipment in April due for delivery in May. Still waiting for it end of June. Several emails sent but no replies and no refund. Do not buy from this company!
I wanted to return a product a day after. I received it. Instead of sending me the right product, they send me cheap staff different than the one on their website. Contact time in website – 24 hours. 5 emails later, few phone calls and few weeks later – NOTHING. I have not received a single email back. Every time I call, all they do is apologize and promise they will reply. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Worst customer service EVER. Moreover, the products that they sell are NOT the one they show in their website. Ordered 2 barbells, both came up with different quality and texture. A SCAM! It took me 2 months to return the product - just one of them and it charged me 10% for delivery.
I ordered Bodymax Multi Press Rack at the beginning of summer and it has yet to arrive. I have tried contacting them via phone and email various times and I am yet to receive and answer, they just ignore me, all I want is either the machine I was promised or a refund. I highly recommend for anyone to avoid this company if you actually want the item you paid for.
I can only agree with the rest of the opinions. Is a scam. I bought an indoor bike. they charged me and never heard back.
Never ever buy anything from this company. We ordered a bike to be delivered before Christmas. Two months later the bike has not been delivered. First the model delivered was not the correct one. Then the correct model was out of stock because ours had been delivered to another customer. Then something was delivered... but they refused to actually carry it from the truck to our home because it was too heavy. In the meantime it was very difficult to talk to the customer service because they were "in a meeting". Is there a way to add negative stars ?
This company is a scam. Placed order for exercise bike. After 11 days without information I tried contacting them regarding tracking details. After 5 days of emails and phone calls not being answered i was told it was not available. No offer of refund or replacement. Going to paypal for refund. Do not buy from this company.
