La planta llegó en perfectas condiciones y muy bien empaquetada. Comparada con otras que he visto es preciosa. Se agradece mucho la tarjeta que adjuntan con los cuidados que necesita. Lo que no me gustó fue la poca formalidad de la empresa de transporte ya que no llegó el día previsto y en el seguimiento no lo anunciaban con lo que tuve que estar 2 días sin poder ausentarme de casa esperando la planta. Podían actualizar la fecha de envío si no pueden ir... y poner una franja horaria para poder organizarnos.
Facilissimo l'acquisto e la consegna ottima e ben preparata. Sul sito sono disponibili molte informazioni per la cura della pianta che abbiamo acquistato, ma il gruppo è contattabile per email/social media e si rende disponibile per ulteriore supporto. Le piante sono bellissime e completamente aderenti a quanto mostrato sul sito. Ottima anche la scelta di accessori per la cura delle piante. Molto consigliato
