Until we leave the house everything was ok. They think that they can just keep your fianza/deposit and not return. They assume that you’ll get tired of asking and this is what most people do and gives them courage. Even though the legal period was 1 month, I struggled for 2.5 months to get our deposit back and was almost calling everyday. In the end they ‘kept’ or you might want to say ‘stole’ 250 euros of the fianza because the house was dirty. Firstly, we have a signed paper from the agency owner that the house was in good conditions when she took the keys and secondly we had to clean the house by ourselves while entering and I mean cleaning a house with a couple of mice and cockroaches all around.

Les pongo una estrella ya q si no pulso ninguna no me deja escribir lo siguiente: Tuve una primera visita con ellos. El piso q me enseñaron me encanto. Lastima que la comunicacion entre el personal es nula. Ya estava reservado desde hacia horas. Ambos comerciales trabajan uno delante del otro. En una segunda visita, tambien el piso fantastico. Les pido hagan contraoferta al propietario y les entrego toda la documentacion solicitada para el alquiler. Pasan 4 dias de silencio. Finalmente soy yo quien pregunta.Un simple si o no habria sido muy profesional por su parte. Incluso estaba dispuesto a pagar el precio solicitado si no habia mas remedio.Respuesta escueta y un gracias que suena a \ no molestes\. 2 de 2. Buen trabajo! (Y eso q son de los de toda la vida...)
