Impressive facility from afar. I inquired via email regarding a cymbidium recognizing the challenge living in the mid Atlantic. Alice responded promptly. Business must be good. She profiled me as an amateur. Suggested I stick with Phals and referred me accordingly.

Nice little orchid growing facility. They have a good variety of orchids for sale as well as orchid growing products. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a nice stop for visitors who would like to view the many colorful orchids. Plenty of onsite parking.
Warning: Could Cause Severe Orchid Addiction. I like orchids..... maybe not passionate about them.....but if I lived near Santa Barbara Orchid Estate, it might become an addiction. Prices are quite reasonable for some beautiful specimens, starting around 25 and going way up for rare, one-of-a-kind plants. It's worth a shopping trip..... we picked up 3 for the road trip home.
Lots and lots and lots of orchids. Knowledge and friendly staff. Be prepared to spend some time there.
Amazing experience, we did go here because my GF loves orchids, in a big way, the staff let us peruse at our leisure for hours, at the end of the day we had a whole selection to \check out\ by the front desk. This is a place for people who are into the flowers. the staff are growers, and not hipsters, so definitely more on the eclectic side of the places we have been to.. but in a very good way. Highly Recommended.
