El día de hoy acudí a hacer mi trámite, no recibí buen trato por parte de la recepcionista, ni de la persona que recibe los documentos, fatal!!! Les hace falta muchísima educación, ni si quiera regresar los buenas tardes! Les hace falta muchísima amabilidad y empatía, recuerden que la ciudadanía paga por un servicio.

El personal es muy amable, cerca del lugar están bancos y ciber para sacar copias e imprimir, cuentas con baño y asientos para esperar, el estacionamiento no es muy amplio, lo único es que lleven copias de todos los documentos.
