Mini of Valencia always does an outstanding job. It's incredibly easy to make an appointment, and I never have to wait in any lines to talk to someone. As of late, Samantha has been helping me out and she is so amazing! Everyone is nice though which is great. I've been taking my Mini here for 3 years and it's always a good experience. If you have a Mini Cooper in the area I highly suggest taking it here because you will be taken care of.

Katie was so helpful and nice while I was buying a used car - 100% devoted to making sure I was comfortable in and happy with my car throughout the purchase. The car was also detailed immaculately and in even better condition than I anticipated. By far the best experience I've had at a dealership!
The service was outstanding from the time I called to the when I picked up my car at the end of the day. A friendly greeting when I called to make the appointment and when I entered the door. A complete and thorough inspection of my car was done and two items were in need of repair. We were called and informed, approved the repairs and the car was ready to go at the end of the day, washed, cleaned and sanitized inside and ready to go before 5:00pm. Happy we have such a great Mini Service closeby.
I can only speak for Service and Parts departments, but they did a great job for me. The actual parts weren’t overpriced like I figured they would be (like at most dealers), and I had them in 2 days. Service department for me fit me in quickly on a short notice and didn’t drag it out. Nice waiting area with a coffee brewer on site as well.
I have dealt with Mini of Valencia for the past 6 years, leasing both a Countryman and recently a Clubman. They represent what a 5 star rating truly deserves from the moment you phone them to the check out process. Every single employee is committed to excellence! The only reason we are moving on with another vehicle is due to the needs of passenger space for child car seats. We hope to come back to a Mini again and it will definitely be with Mini of Valencia.
I came in for a programming on my Mini because Universal City Mini said that wouldn't do it because I didn't purchase the computer there when a third party seller actually purchased it from them and sold it to me. I even showed them the receipt. The service manager at Universal gave me the runaround. After speaking with Sam at Valencia Mini, she said it would wouldn't be a problem and they can do it. When I spoke to her on the phone, she was so polite and helpful. I brought my Mini into Valencia and my new service writer Sam was so quick to get me checked in and made sure l was comfortable while I waited. Same told me it would be appropriately 2 hours and she actually got it done in half the time! What a great surprise! When I left, she charged me less than Universal Mini and was extremely helpful. I live in Pasadena but now I don't mind the drive to Valencia just to see Sam because l know she will take care of me. I highly recommend Sam to anyone as your Service Writer and Valencia Mini for your purchases and repairs. Thank you Mini of Valencia for helping me when no one else wouldn't. Not couldn't, but wouldn't. I will never go back to Universal. Valencia is my new dealer.
They made everything easy and as stress free as possible. They got me exactly what I wanted and made it affordable for me and my family. Thank you Kevin for finding me the perfect car I wanted and needed, and thank you Jonathan for going the extra mile to make the financial part of it a breeze.
Overall, good and easy buying experience except for the fact that they damaged the body of my car on the day I purchased it. I find it very unprofessional for it to happen. I had to return the car and have it fixed by them. Another thing that I wanted to point out is how I complained about my passenger window not closing all the way. It would make noise every time I drive it in the freeway. So I told Leslie about it and she said that she’ll have it taken care of. After a few days when I went back to pick up my car, I noticed that the window was still not fixed. I mentioned it to Leslie and she said that the tech had fixed the issue and that they test drove the car and everything was good which was a lie. I heard a noise coming from the passenger window once I got on the freeway. Lastly, I noticed the body panel of my car sticking out due to maybe when they tried fixing it but failed to do so. I just wish that they were more true to their words, I felt like they were doing things just to get by.
