I worked directly with Michael Roth who had Shawn do the work on my Encore which required taking down the headliner. Shawn was very careful and did a great job, leaving the car very clean. Michael went above and beyond to help me out and even found me a loaner when the part came in damaged and they had to wait an extra day to install it. The service department is by far Parkways biggest asset. Sales would get 3*.
