Highly recommend Marcus, he listened to my needs and mapped out a few options to consider. The process was really easy: we set our sight on two target cars, he negotiated the prices behind the scenes (no hassle at all for me to deal with), and presented the options for me to pick. Both deals were phenomenal and pricing couldn't be beat by the competition. Marcus encouraged me to take my time to consider the pros/cons of both vehicles, and walked me through their main differences. With his consultation I chose a car and submitted a simple application form. Once everything was all set, Silverback delivered the car to my home. Purchasing a car can't get any easier! If you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend calling Marcus.

I was more than overdue for a new car. I went into this with a strict budget and an idea of the type of car I probably would be able to afford, and I cannot explain to you how overly satisfied I am with the car. Marcus, the car broker assigned to me, was beyond helpful, informative, and patient with me during this whole process. He helped me stay within my budget, searched for cars that had my necessities, as well as extra perks. He was able to get me a phenomenal deal! I am BEYOND excited about my BRAND NEW 2018 Kia Optima. I was able to pick the color, he helped me upgrade to the 2018, and he was able to save me so much money in the end. He helped lower the price, rebates, down payments, monthly payment, all while finding me a car I didn't even think I could afford. The total process was SO EASY and STRESS FREE. Very satisfied with my experience, Marcus is a professional, very knowledgeable, diligent and patient . He was able to get me the car I wanted with little time invested on my behalf. He did it all. showed me the numbers over the phone, I agreed and pick up the car at his office. Numbers matched with the contract, NO PRESSURE TO BUY ANY EXTRA ITEMS OR SERVICES AT ANYTIME OF THE PROCESS, and he even took the time to give me a tour on how to use the most common features on my new car. Reliable and trustworthy experience. I DO recommend future buyers to do your research and come to this place knowing what type of car you want ( brand, color, engine and special package) If you are flexible and provide a couple of options is even better so they have more options to find you the best deal for your purchase or lease.
