Abe is a great business owner who offers excellent customer service. Starfire Auto has dozens of quality vehicles to choose from. I made an appointment after choosing a Dodge Caravan. When I arrived, the vehicle was ready for a test drive (and purchase). Starfire does accept trade-ins. Abe gave me a fair price on my older vehicle. David was helpful with the car purchase procedure and handled all the paperwork. What amazed me about this responsible small business was how much they appreciated my business. I drove 45 minutes one way to make the purchase. When I got home, I realized I had left my key chain at the lot. Kay found them in my old SUV and took the time to mail them to me overnight. If you need a quality car, don't bother with dealers with huge lots, high overhead, and the desire to profit by charging hundreds of dollars in "fees". Go to the Stare website first, look at the inventory, and contact Abe with questions. He wants your business and will assist you in a friendly manner.

I've owned nearly 30 cars, but never purchased out of state, so this was my first go. This dealership is VERY different from any other car buying experience I've ever had. Great communication, but never once spoke on the phone to anyone. All text/email...but it works. Read through the FAQ on their website, and you'll get a feel for how the dealership runs. It is very strange compared to a traditional dealership, but it's actually really efficient. Abe was prompt with responses and gave me a detailed overview of the car including pros and cons. He was nice enough to take the car to a local shop for a pre purchase inspection. The inspection noted things I had already been told about by Abe, so his honesty is appreciated! The price was fair, the car was as described, and everything went smoothly. Overall it was a good experience, despite being stressed by spending that much money on a car I had never seen. Huge risk, but it turned out great. Shipping pick-up and delivery also worked well, using the transportation company that Starfire recommend on their website. Overall it was the best experience I've had with a car dealership, especially considering the terrible experiences I've had with used car dealers in the past. This was one of the smoothest transactions I've had, and it's halfway across the country so that's saying something!

I was looking for a Fiat 500e and found it at Starfire Auto. I live in West Texas and those cars are hard to find in this area. I found several 500e's on the Dallas area but the prices were inflated so much by dirty used car sales tactics. With Starfire Auto the advertised price is the price of the car; no gimmicks. Everything was so clear and easy that I went against all rules of buying a used car and decided to buy it without physically seeing it or test driving it. I asked a lot of questions and always got a straight answer. I had the car shipped to my front door and I was impressed. Much better than what I was expecting specially for the price that I paid. The car was not prefect but I was not expecting a perfect car. Small scratches and some wear on the door seals were completely disclosed by Starfire. The car drives perfectly that it's hard to believe is an 8 year old car. I definitely recommend Starfire Auto; excellent buying experience.

Buyer's Beware I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here. My experience has been horrible the day I bought my vehicle from them was my worst nightmare I purchased a vehicle and as soon as I drove the vehicle of the lot the check engine light came on I turned around and drove the vehicle back the owner meet me outside to check vehicle then he stated legally he didn't have to do anything because we bought vehicle as is I haven't had the vehicle for more than 2 weeks and have been having major problems with the car i would never recommend Starfire auto please go elsewhere.

Honest, straightforward business, and they make the car buying process as streamlined as possible. The car was ready for us to look at when we arrived and was exactly as described on the website. Three different people helped us while we were there, and all three were friendly, super helpful, ready to answer all our questions, and applied zero pressure to buy throughout the process. We really appreciated the extra information they gave us (what to look for in the future from this vehicle, and some very helpful suggestions about how to fix up a minor cosmetic issue). We're in need of replacing a 2nd vehicle of ours in the upcoming months and we'll definitely be looking at what Starfire has to offer.

Solid group of people that are honest and upfront about their cars. No fussing around, leave you to inspect and test drive the car as long as you like without someone over your shoulder trying to sell you on it. Great take it or leave it mentality and they're fast with communication. Branden was patient with sorting out payment and gave advice like a genuine person, not some salesman. Abe runs a tight ship and is honest about any downsides of the car, no hiding things. Cheers to Mike for helping find the place!
