First off, I was attracted by how clean and orderly their lot was presented. Their vehicles were nicely lined up, and we were greeted immediately. The sales men, Chris, was polite, respectful and patient. We were further impressed by how nicely we were treated by sales manager, John. Those of you who have purchased a car know how much of a pain the managers can be. John was the opposite of that. This was my first purchase of an Acura. Based on my experience today, they have made a long time customer out of me. I would highly endorse this place for your next purchase/lease. Thanks to the people at Valencia Acura for making today such a great experience.

DO NOT Get any major service on your CAR FROM HERE!! Usually I keep all my cars well maintained according to manufacturer’s recommendation. So it was a time for timing belt to change I took it to get it fixed and they gave it back to me in a such a condition that I was scared to drive the car home.. engine light was on as well car was shaking terrible. Took it back, they supposedly fixed it and gave it back to me. After driving it for a less than a week everything came back. When we went back to the service department they started to explain that the problem is a gasket needs to be fixed. (Car was fine before we left it for timing belt work). Since that time car still shakes and lights ( engine as well as VTM-4 still on.That was more than a month ago and it’s still not fixed. Still Has not been fixed, They too busy to help me.. Oh and my family has bought and leased several cars from here already. You would think they would help out their customer. Last straw in this case was when they told me to come over when I will be ready to get a new vehicle so we will get a good deal. Well, it was another disappointment!! Please take your business somewhere else if you can.

I rarely post reviews, unless I complete satisfied. Today 01/20/2017 I bought 2017 Acura TLX from Tony Nardizi. Not only he offered the deal that nobody could beat. Tony offered no pressure experience. He also very friendly, very professional and great person to deal with.
