Do NOT do a Click&Car order, it's a mess. We placed a Click&Car order to avoid going inside a crowded mall during the pandemic. It's poorly labeled and there are no instructions given in your order confirmation. We drove around the garage before finding the correct spots. They give you a phone number in the order but don't call that - they won't answer. The telephonillo/intercom at the designated spots is broken. But once they understand that you're there, why would they send someone to get your order number?!?! Nope. You're supposed to GO INSIDE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER. Then what is the point?!?!?! Someone walked outside to tell us to come inside to the 4th floor to pick up our order. NO. We gave him our order number and he did bring it out to us after a long wait. Absolutely avoid this place. Terrible customer service and terrible experience.
I always love going to El Corte Inglés. In one stop, you can do your grocery shopping, buy clothes, electronics, furniture or even insurance. Prices are not the cheapest you will find, but it is very convenient when you pay with their store card. This particular one is not the biggest you will find, but it is adequate for a city like Santa Cruz.
Like any department store, anywhere in the world... El Corte inglés is a mix of pricey designer labels and cheap tat bought in for the sales. However, the pastries, cakes and sweet things are to die for, once you've recovered from the shock of the cost!
