charging 195.- Euros only for consultation for a c 19 quick test and even for the test 120.- Euros is ripping on 5 star level ! Feel shame !

Absolutely non professional 1. Blood analysis - doctor came with more than one hour delay and the receptionist didnt tell me anything. I had to ask what was going on 2. Dental appointment took on a holiday day (you dont have a calendar??). Of course, it has been cancelled 3. Results of my blood analysis still missing (it has passed almost one month now) 4. Sent two e-mails WhatsApp and never got an answer (tried to call, no answer either) WORSE IMPOSSIBLE ps. why you dont answer to the negative comments?

195 for checking my blood pressure and confirming my tonsils were infected. 120 for a mandatory covid test because I was clearly showing symptoms. Not to worry, the test was negative Result 315 Advertised 30 You took advantage of a sick person and stole his money.. Hope the law will stop you!

My wife and I have recently had cause to make a few visits to Excellent Medical Golf del Sur. My wife for a review and me for dental work. The service we received was second to none. The dentist and her assistants could not have been more caring and understanding I recommend to people they need never to be afraid as the treatment I had was completely painless for me. Doctor Ana is Spanish and speaks good English and listens to your problems. If you do have a communication problem they have excellent interpreters, Thomas, Jilly are two and they help you to understand any problem you may have. All the staff on the reception help you to feel at ease from when you enter to leaving and making additional appointments when necessary. I have given all the staff and practice a 5* rating but would give higher if it was possible. Thank you all - Jill & Alan Mountford
