Fantastic hotel at walkable distance to city's main landmarks- Opera, TEA, shopping street, port marina and murals. Excellent service combined with premium rooms and quality of facilities. The hotel offers a private sunbathing open air terrace with fitness, spa and jacuzzi!!! Elevators with a view towards the main avenue Tres de Mayo are a great perk! Parking lot is available for guests free of charge, just besides a bus stop besides the hotel, although the entrance to it might be a little hard to find. Overall a great value for money and quality finding

We requested a quiet room, which we were told at reception had been assigned to us. None of the rooms here are quiet. The hotel inexplicably pipes music through the corridors between 8am and 10pm, and it's all audible in the room with the door closed. When I called down to reception last night to ask that it be turned down, I was told that 'it goes off at 10'. Zero help for someone who started their day at 2am and just really needed some sleep. We will avoid ever staying here again for this reason. The cut and pasted reply from the hotel is a pretty weak effort to 'address' the issue.

Really comfortable stay and fresh, clean rooms. Super friendly staff, who even helped me book a ferry ticket to Agaete when the website was down. Would definitely recommend!
Booked the hotel,for the Santa Cruz Carnival. Location was perfect,and bus terminal was 5 mins walk. Staff were 5* Room was beautiful...Large comfortable bed...Very spacious room. Roof sun terrace with beds,two saunas,two Jacuzzi's and some gym equipment was a bonus. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel,,both choice and quality. There is a cafeteria/bar open until midnight. Drinks reasonable considering it's a hotel. A little supermarket next door for any drinks you need for the room. Price per night was a little expensive,but it was carnival weekend.
A comfortable place to stay in the middle of the commercial District. It has a cafe rather than a restaurant which is reasonably priced. On the top floor is a fitness suit and a pair of jacuzzis, with a sun terrace outside. Altitude not in the middle of the action there are plenty of shops a d cafes around. Behind the hotel on a pedestrian precinct is a group of 5 cafes Including a pizzeria and a splendid tearoom. Next door is a nice bar.
its a very nice hotel with brilliant location right next to shopping mall. Staff is very helpful, we had a early morning tour so they packed our breakfast ( vegetarian ) all ready for us to collect at 6:15 am. Rooms are good sized , amd toilets are clean and modern. View from the elevetaor is great as well, its a glass elevator that climbs 8 floor. They charge 12 euros for parking ( underground) and you can reach hotel reception from the parking itself. Although best confirm the direction with hotel , there are around 4-5 parking space right in front of hotel that allows 30 min parking
