I'm quite satisfied with the service and the price for quality. The only problem was not to find the full tank (that is the picture i took once arrived at the hotel after 15 minutes drive). It's my fault that i didn't check immediately of course, but as in my rental contract was written i was supposed to get the full tank i think there's the fault of the company too. When I returned the car I told the guy about the missing fuel and he said i should have returned it with the same quantity, but that means calculating exactly the liters when refilling and hope they would not make any problems at the desk... Well in any case people at the reception were nice and even mounted for us the baby seat, so i can recommend.

Fraud, dangerous car condition and unprofessional service. It started with us having to queue for quite a while. When we arrived, I heard that the employee and her colleague were complaining about the line of German tourists. My Spanish is not good but I understood that. It went on with the deposit. As usual everywhere else it was not blocked but charged. In addition we were offered an insurance, although we already had a fully comprehensive cover. They gave us an initial upgrade. But when I wanted to sign only under reservation that the car has no scratches and the tank is full, I was told that this was not possible. The contract was torn up demonstratively before our eyes. Thereupon the employee gave us a downgrade. I was supposed to sign the form in Spanish. Of course we had paid the deposit for the higher price category. What to say about the car? In any case, the value of the car was less than the deposit was. I don't think it was really roadworthy. The tyre tread was practically non-existent. The car had scratches and scrapes everywhere. The seats had holes in them. The floor mats were wet and dirty. The tank was only half full. The hubcaps were fixed to the rims with cable ties. While driving, the windscreen constantly fogged up and it smelled musty. In addition the not working airbag flashed up and the sign for tyre pressure. When we checked the tyre pressure at the next petrol station, we noticed that a tyre was flat and a nail was stuck in it. All tyres were much too low in pressure. There was no manual to read, no second safety vest, no first aid-kit and certainly no second warning triangle which is actually mandatory by law in Spain. The only thing the car surpassed was the horrible service and the insults mumbled in Spanish. In summary: dangerous condition of the car, scam and bad service. Better stay away!

This is going to be a first impression review which I will update once my rental is complete. I have to say, I am normally a regular customer of one of the more expensive international brands but decided to try this company. The lady at the desk was friendly and polite enough and dealt with my booking quite quickly. I was not overly happy with the fact that the deposit was taken from the account as apposed to pre-authorized, as is the usual case with other companies. But I will reserve my judgement on this based on how quickly they refund it after I return the car. The base price of the car and the value for money for the car that I got, on face value, looks pretty good which again depends on the return of my deposit. So as I said, I will update this review later

We rented Top Car. We had to to provide 650 eur deposit charged immediately to my credit card. We had been told they would wire it back upon the return of the car on the same day, which they did. The first car we were given was not so good, but it was exchanged after 2 days upon our request. Advice to others is to take photos of cars before you take off. I would recommend Top car.
