This location is the only location in the entire state that does not answer their phones. Online ordering system is good to use but no one reads the directions. This is most definitely my least favorite firehouse subs that I have ever ordered from. I would like a member of management to reach out to me.

Amazing service, even during Covid. Clean restaurant, and the food is the best I've had all year. All around great restaurant. Would definitely recommend to others.
Its exactly what you'd expect from a chain food place. The food is solid and consistent, you get what you expect and can be happy with it. Bathrooms were also clean
The food was good, decently priced, and the service was excellent. They were super helpful with finding something allergy safe for my daughter.
