More work with them than with my relocating. Such a commodity with unprofessional service and incapable employees. Summary: Change of contacts in beginning and later on Dropping address local consultant no explanation. No understanding of housing market in berlin. Wrong information on hotels and registration. No answer on non standard questions Useless portal. Double information form portal. Asking for mobile number while this in the portal. No helpful support on banking and healthcare. Healthcare information super concise. No explanation. Just dropping contacts again. No insights in prices. Vague in procedure, and support after landlord confirmation. Regarding registration in Berlin: - didn't ask if I could manage, just booked right away an appointment. - gave address to wrong entrance - no time to talk, very u personal. Playing nice. - strange remark: why do you come up with that name - did not check the landlord form apparently. - appointment was far away for me. Only focussed on fulfilling own targets asap. Never again.

unbelievably unprofessional relocation company. Several staff changes within 4 years. We did not receive our storage back in good condition. One chest was completely destroyed. Company then started arguing instead of just using the insurance that had been installed by us as clients. Would never recommend upon our experience

The moving with Sata Fe was horrible they have been just interessted that I sign a damage report and they have been not interested building up my furnitures, I will never choose this company !!! Also they have damaged several thing while they moved my stuff from A to B, happily there have been an insurance.

Mein Arbeitgeber (DHL) hat Santa Fe beauftragt meinen Umzug von Berlin nach Madrid zu organisieren. Von der Vorbesprechung (inkl. Besichtigung in Berlin) bis zum Wiederaufbau meiner Möbel in Spanien hat alles super geklappt. Ich habe durchgehend sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter erlebt. Mit all meinen Wertgegenständen wurde sehr vorsichtig umgegangen. Aufgrund dessen ist Nichts zu Schaden gekommen. So stressig ein Umzug ist, mit Santa Fe ist dieser nur noch halb so schlimm. Daumen hoch. ;)
