Awful I didn't even dry my laundry. It was 7:30am . Yes I was still half asleep dragging in large baskets of laundry with out a mask on. The man barely let me walk in the the door before approaching me to tell me if I didnt have one on I couldn't be there . Its 7:30 am !!! How about asking me if I had one to put on or maybe even offer one like every other business these days . Smh The guy was just plain rude. Even after barley letting me in the door carrying these large baskets , soap got stuck in the machine that I purchased. I told him and had the nerve to have to have an attitude with me cause his raggedy machine got stuck .

The new dryers are nice, but take more time (money) to dry clothes.

Washing machines were cleaner this time, I always bring disinfectant wipes to wipe them and the table for folding clothes down anyway. Only complaint I have is even though signs are posted, all patrons are not wearing face masks and it seems nothing is done about it.

Half of the dryers dont dry the clothes
There are always some inoperative washers and dryers. On a good day it's just a few but on our most recent trip it was more like 25% were out of order. We went early in the day on a weekday and there were still not enough working dryers available. We had to wait for some of the dryers we used to finish so we could dry the rest of our clothes. Normally total time for wash and dry is around 40 minutes. On our most recent trip it was closer to an hour and a half.
It amazes me how when machines dont work they will not put out of order signs on them and the place was dirty and it's a luck of the draw on which dryers work and which ones dont! The machines are old enough to draw social security!
