Love that we still have a real video store, staffed by movie lovers who are willing to share opinions and suggest selections... being able to browse, read the video cases and spot "we recommend" movies makes this a far superior experience than standing in front of a red, metal box!

Best video store ever!!! We moved away so we don't come in anymore I miss this place. Ricardo was the BEST! He knows everyones personal preference so when ever we walked in we always received awesome service. I was irritated to read the 1 star review. The owner has always been kind the older woman with the beautiful long nails was also awesome! I always walked out with movies suggested & was never disappointed. I grew up in Orcutt & my parents always rented movies at Evergreen now I have my own family & Evergreen was our place to stop at. Such a nice group of employees that made us feel beyond welcomed. Definitely recommend Evergreen video to everyone! P.S if you were treated bad it had to be beause you had it coming. In the 20 plus years I've been a customer I have not had any customer service issues. It's simple treat people with kindness & it will be returned. Customers are not always right & can not go into stores acting like a jerk and exspect to be treated NICE. Employees have feelings to! Evergreen ROCKS!

Employees were really rude and condescending. Didn't feel welcome at all. There was blonde woman assisting me, but I ended up walking out empty handed after feeling uncomfortable with the way she spoke. . I won't come here again
This place has all the movies you want for a low price! The workers are so nice and all the movies are great. If you ever want to rent a movie you should go to this place.
