It was my first time doing something like this before and Nicole made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, we had a great conversation and before I knew it my massage was done! Definitely would recommend if your pregnant like I am so you feel more relaxation during your pregnancy once I do deliver I will be back for a regular massage
