They double or triple book appointments and you have to fill out 10 pages of paperwork. I tried to get established here twice and had to wait a full hour the first time without being seen because I had to go back to work (they put you in a room and make you wait there, too. You wouldn't know they were over booking if it wasn't also for the 4 or 5 people in the lobby still waiting to move to a room after an hour.) The second time they scheduled my appointment for 1:45pm, told me the appointment was at 12:30pm, and asked me to arrive 30 minutes early), only to find out \the dr is at lunch\ because my paperwork didn't arrive from the other office in time and I raised concerns that I wouldn't be able to fill it out a second packet in time. The woman I sat next to in the office this second time told me that she had waited 2 hours to be seen for her appointment. Go somewhere else unless you want to do this every time you have to go there.
