In this time of COVID I haven't been able to go in directly unless it's for for certain procedures. This is okay because all of those staff have been wonderful and understanding of both my in person and over the phone anxiety. Thank you people who work the phone line to direct me to the people who will administor the health care needs I have. All of you have been caring. I appreciate you.

Extremely unprofessional, twice I've had appointments and had to change them via phone, and both times when I came in for my appointment they told me that it wasn't ever saved into the computer. Maybe if people were more organized and actually did their job, people wouldn't have a problem. Never again will I return to such a disorganized place.

They are very private with your information and do not ask questions with any other patents around. Wonderful staff.

I had to wait 3 hrs for a 2 sec procedure... Extremely pushy on the birthcontrol even tho you've already stated the reasons you don't it. Awkward seating/waiting area. Waiting time is no joke, have to make this an all day thing Over all staff is nice. Ignore the people across the street outside. And don't make an appointment online, just call if you have the patience to wait, or do walk ins.
