Usually Mr Sang is there and very expert in satisfying our mailing time and status needs. Today, a young man ignored my request for NO Ground USPS mail (it is not dependable to say the least) to the address in rural NC to which I was sending important requested information. Lo and Behold, I asked how long it would take..he was sending it ground mail an extra week in time.. Does he not like dealing with women? Whatever, he needs training in meeting the needs of the client, without superimposing his uninformed opinion about the mailing and without asking permission to do so. NOT GOOD...
