Cancer came back. Didn't like what 1st sirgeon said. Followed up eith 2nd and while the answer was the same , this surgeon worked with me to alleviate my fears of what was going to happen. Through surgery to recovery, thry were great. Highly recommend to snyone for orthopedics.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Beware of the scam this hospital is running. I scheduled a routine office visit for an ultrasound and went to an office building that looked nothing like a hospital. The scheduling department had no idea it was a hospital they were sending me to either. But the bill was a hospital bill! Instead of the usual office copay I was expecting like I received with other ultrasounds I got a whopping hospital bill that had a different much higher deductible from a hospital that my insurance could do nothing about. UCLA billing and the hospital treated me rudely when I tried to appeal. I am furious at the unnecessary expense.

Anna is very rude and no compassion for anyone! I scheduled an appointment with Dr. McPherson through their call center. Well the call center rep scheduled me to be seen in Ridgecrest. Yet, I have explained to the rep that my appointment was for replacement of a replacement consultation. Anyway, come to find out yesterday that my appointment cannot be in Ridgecrest and will have to be in Santa Monica. The lady here in Ridgecrest was awesome. Then I received a voicemail from Anna. Called her this morning, and she had no time to listen. She was rude, obnoxious and should not be someone to handle patients on the phone. I was in the local office while the lady here was dealing with her yesterday. Sad thing about people like Anna is that she ruins the whole organization and the Physician himself, because there is not review for Anna alone.
