I found Dr. Don Park on a Youtube video and was so impressed with his experience and presentation. I called about 10 days ago to schedule an appointment with him so that he could evaluate my cervical spine case for possible surgery. I explained the time sensitive and delicate nature of my case to Desiree who put me through a questionnaire, took my insurance information, and said she'd relay the message to Jennifer, who would call me back. It appears that they pre-screen to see who the doctor will or will not see. I've waited over a week for a call back, but clearly someone dropped the ball and they forgot about me. I called again today and spoke to someone named Elizabeth, who confirmed that the doctor received the information about my case and authorized and appointment with him. Too bad the management of this office is disorganized and they completely forgot to call me back! I've elected to go elsewhere, obviously! This place isn't being run responsibly, so it's not somewhere where I know I'll receive the best care. Too bad it also makes the doctor look bad when the people who run the office don't seem to have it together. Maybe this explains their overall 3 star review.

Everyone is friendly...the only problem I have is with the security guard. He sees patients struggling with a wheelchair to enter the facility and won't offer to get the door. Once I saw him look up from his cellphone while I was struggling with the door.and he just kept looking at his phone.....I know that isn't his job but he could still be a gentleman and offer his assistance. Other than that, most of the front desk staff is friendly. The nurses are nice and the Dr is great. Oh and they offer complimentary hot beverages!!!

This place is a joke. If you have scoliosis don’t go here. Waste of time. Not a knowledgeable institution when it comes to deformity. Stay away.

The back surgery Dr. Shamie performed changed my life. I was bed ridden and his surgery returned me to a full and complete life. I am forever is his deepest debt.
